Marine Type Approvals held for these valves: American Bureau of Shipping, Bureau Veritas, Germanischer Lloyd, Lloyds Register. Pressure reducer with flange connection made of gunmetal with pressure-relieved single seal valve and built-in dirt trap. The pressure can be adjusted via a non-rising valve stem. Flange connection according to DIN EN 1092-3. Pressure reducer equipped with pressure gauge ports; gauge connection G 1/4”. Available three models with EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) seal suitable for water, neutral and non-sticking liquids, compressed air and neutral gases, FKM (Fluoroelastomer) seal suitable for non-neutral media i.e. oils, fuels, oil-laden compressed air, etc.., Low pressure: 682/482mGFO-LP EPDM and FKM, Standard pressure: 682/482mGFO-SP EPDM and FKM, High pressure: 682/482mGFO-HP EPDM and FKM. Mesh sizes: G 1/2” to G 1-1/4” = 0.6 mm, DN40 and DN50 = 0.75 mm. Seats for version 682: DN20 to DN50 made of gunmetal/brass, DN65 to DN80 made of gunmetal/stainless steel. Primary pressure: up to 30 bar, Secondary pressure: 0.5 – 15 bar. All models also available in Stainless Steel: series 482. Model 482mGFO-SP (Standard Pressure)
