Product Description
Marine Type Approvals held for these valves: American Bureau of Shipping, Bureau Veritas, Germanischer Lloyd, Lloyds Register. Pressure reducer with threaded connections made of gunmetal with pressure-relieved single seat valve and built-in dirt trap. Spring made of rust resistant, and strainers made of stainless steel. Diaphragm made of high-quality plastic with insert of fabric, and gasket made of heat resistant-plastic. Body with G 1/4” connection for pressure gauge on both sides. Standard thread: BSPTm also available in female BSP-P for sizes up to 1”(PLEASE CLEARLY INDICATE IN THE ORDER:“f/f” or “BSPTm/BSPTm”). Available three models with EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber) seal suitable for water, neutral and non-sticking liquids, compressed air and neutral gases, FKM (Fluoroelastomer) seal suitable for non-neutral media i.e. oils, fuels, oil-laden compressed air, etc., Low Pressure: 681/481mGFO-LP EPDM and FKM, Standard Pressure: 681/481mGFO-SP EPDM and FKM, High Pressure: 681/481mGFO-HP EPDM and FKM. Mesh sizes: G1/2” to G 1-1/4” = 0.6 mm, DN40 and DN50 = 0.75 mm. Seats for version 681: DN15 to DN20 made of stainless steel, DN32 to DN50 made of gunmetal, Primary pressure: up to 40 bar, Secondary pressure: 0.5 – 15 bar. All models also available in Stainless Steel: series 481. Model 681mGFO-LP (Low Pressure)
